As all of our products are custom made to order, we are unable to accept returns except for the following reasons.
- The merchandise arrives damaged. If so, please take photos upon receipt.
- Your order does not arrive.
In both instances, please contact us at whoroscope.official@gmail.com and we can work out the best solution.
We do not replace items shipped to incorrect addresses, missing apartment numbers, or incorrect ZIP codes. We'll do everything we can to locate your package, but we are not responsible for replacing items marked as delivered to the designated address.
Please understand we are a very small operation. As we grow, we hope to offer increasingly generous return policies.
